The House

This house boasts soaring ceiling heights, loft-like spaces, indoor-outdoor living, and a spectacular 16 meter (52’) long deck to enjoy stunning views of the ocean, the tree canopy, flowers, birds and the surrounding wildlife.
The entire upper floor has spectacular ocean and garden views,
the main bedroom with its own bathroom, the kitchen, the living room (could be converted to a studio or extra bedroom), a guest bathroom and a huge deck with many sitting areas.
The lower floor has a dry bodega for storage and a full guest suite: one bedroom, kitchenette and a full bath. This suite is connected to the upper floor, and also has a separate entrance to accommodate full privacy if rented.
The lower deck is used as a large open space with many possibilities such as yoga, Pilates, dance, workshop, furniture making etc. It is currently used for a ping pong table, a hammock, 2 sitting areas and a small outdoor dining table for the guest suite.
