The hotel is located only 600 meters from Marina Pez Vela. It is a building with 44 rooms, the third floor is the restaurant and bar with panoramic sea views. There is a pool and a meeting and event space (100m2) on-site, special for the groups who come to the area for business. The building has two commercial spaces on the ground floor with external street access and a second space of 257m2 which is leased to a casino operator. It is important to note that although the casino is sourced to a third party, the casino operating license is owned by the hotel. This license is incredibly valuable as there are no longer permissions for hotels of less than 60 keys. A third commercial space in the lobby of 37m2 has historically been leased out as a fishing charter office, but it is currently sourced to a third party to provide spa services.:
